Our mission is to strive to make a positive impact on student’s lives by providing professionally trained instructors to develop confident, well rounded happy kids, improve their social skills and help prepare them for adult life while creating an appreciation and knowledge of music and dance.

Goals:
It is our goal to make our students independent music makers through the mentoring and coaching of their instructors. Similar to sports, music and dance classes teach students valuable life lessons such as teamwork, discipline, leadership and adaptability along with a sense of healthy competition. It’s important that our students take pride in being members of Needham Music and have a strong appreciation and love for music and dance.

We recognize that each child has a special gift, Through our programs, we help them to find their own voice and achieve their full potential.
